You keep ESC
This is the part people don’t believe until they see it.
- Your data never moves. ESC stays exactly where it runs today, and ServiceProof never copies your database or holds it.
- Your office changes nothing. Same screens, same reports, same month-end. Dispatch still dispatches the way it always has.
- Work lands in ESC as it happens. A tech clocking on, billing a part or raising a PO writes into ESC directly — not into a separate system you later reconcile.
- No second source of truth. There’s nothing to sync up at the end of the week, because there’s only ever one set of books.
If you cancel, you cancel an app. Your business carries on exactly as it did the day before, because everything your crews did is already in ESC.
What switching your whole system really costs
